Aurora Preferred Suppliers will give you an Aurora 'AOK' guarantee (short for 'Aurora Customer Service Guarantee'). This guarantees the quality of the installation job (it doesn't replace any manufacturer's guarantee, you still get that too). It stays in effect for a minimum of twelve months after the installation date, and even beyond that date, if a problem of a reasonable nature arises Aurora will guarantee to investigate the complaint.

• Your Aurora Preferred Supplier will be courteous and professional in all their dealings with you.

• The installation and performance of your heating system should be of the standard and expectation that was promised at the time of consultation.
